After more than a decade of dedicated effort, the company has successfully served well-known enterprises in China, Japan, the United States, South Korea, and other countries, providing them with high-quality products and professional manufacturing solutions. Our products are widely used in various industries, including office automation (OA) equipment, information technology (IT), ATMs, automotive parts, and home appliances. Starting in Dongguan, we have continuously expanded our global reach, gradually establishing a sales network and modern management system covering the international market. Core production equipment: It has 58 injection molding machines of 60-250 tons, 20 large continuous injection molding machines of 300-500 tons, 120 5-axis robots, 18 Haitian series plastic processing equipment, Japanese Toyo precision die casting machines, OMADA sheet metal processing equipment, etc., with a high proportion of automated equipment; 

Mold manufacturing equipment: Equipped with a complete set of mold manufacturing equipment such as machining centers, surface grinders, and wire cutting machines, it can independently complete the entire process from design to assembly; 

Testing equipment: We have introduced high-precision testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, 2.5D measuring instruments, RoHS testers, and salt spray testers to establish a full-process quality testing system.

Process level: We have mastered advanced processes such as servo injection molding, precision die casting, robotic welding, and automated cleaning. We can process various materials such as SECC, SGCC, SUS, aluminum alloy, and pure copper, and are suitable for processing plate thicknesses of 0.02-5.0 mm.

 Automation level: Automated production accounts for 40%, equivalent to the output of 100 people, with a maximum daily output of 600 sets, and a single batch production capacity of approximately 80 sets for the mold business; 

Quality Control: We have established a full-chain quality management system, from raw material re-inspection and production process inspection to final finished product inspection, and strictly follow RoHS and REACH environmental standards to ensure that our products meet international procurement requirements.

90% of the metal materials are imported high-quality raw materials. Our cooperative suppliers include globally renowned companies such as Baosteel of China, Nippon Steel of Japan, and POSCO of South Korea, ensuring the stability of product quality from the source.
