Tomowa Construction is a comprehensive engineering service provider with extensive experience in industrial factory construction, commercial fit-out, residential development, and import trading. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Dongguan, China, the company has expanded to the Philippines, establishing dedicated trading and construction subsidiaries. We are committed to delivering customized, one-stop global supply chain and engineering solutions.
Guided by the QCD principle (Quality, Cost, Delivery), we provide safe, reliable, and efficient construction services. In industrial factory construction, Tomowa has successfully completed multiple PEZA-registered factory fit-out and expansion projects. Our portfolio includes the Phase 2 and P2 expansion projects for Furukawa Electric Autoparts Philippines Incorporated and the warehouse mezzanine project for Bandai Namco Philippines Inc.

Commercial Fit-Out
We possess professional expertise in large-scale commercial spaces. Tomowa has been entrusted with the fit-out projects for multiple stores of the renowned Japanese home brand NITORI across the Philippines, including locations in Glorietta 4, Festival Mall, Lucky Chinatown Mall, and Eastwood Mall.
Residential Development
Partnering with leading real-estate developers, we build high-quality living spaces. Our residential portfolio includes the IDESIA economy housing project, SENTRINA townhouses, and numerous two- and three-story detached villas. Our services cover housing construction, fence works, and kitchen extensions.
Other Engineering Projects
Our diverse capabilities extend to a broad range of engineering projects. Notable examples include the seven-story staff dormitory for C AND U PHIL. INC., roof and wall enclosure panel installation for the Aice ice-cream factory, multiple warehouse constructions, refinery and boiler engineering, and construction work for LIMKETKAI MALL.
Trading and Import Business
Tomowa also operates a robust trading and import division. In partnership with EEI Power Inc., we import solar panels from VSUN Solar in Vietnam, supporting renewable energy development in the Philippines. Our operations are fully certified and compliant. Tomowa holds the PCAB Class C contractor license and is registered with the General Administration of Customs, authorizing us to conduct both engineering and international trade activities.
